Life, the way we experience it, is a holographic projection of what our mind can construct from the awareness upon which we consciously and subconsciously focus. This means that our life is nothing more than the fragile elaboration of conscious concepts holding together by a belief system.
Our dreams, visions of happiness and dearest wishes give us ways to continue expanding our life but when the belief system cannot support them, they remain fictional possibility never to be turned into absolute physical reality.
The holistic mindset is a space that offers at the same time the strength to experience focus, discipline and commitment and the flexibility to help open and transform an obsolete belief system into a renewed performant one.
Learn to Find Harmony Within Yourself
According to Dr. David Frawley, in his book “Ayurveda and the Mind”, Ayurveda views the physical body as a crystallization of deep-seated mental tendencies carried over from previous lives. It regards the mind as the reflection of the body and the storehouse of the impressions we access through the senses. It recognizes our true self and immortal nature beyond the mind-body complex, in which we can transcend all physical and mental difficulties. Ayurveda comprehends body, mind and spirit in a single view and has specific methods for working on each. To find balance between mind, body and spirit is to consider our experience as one single yet complex multi-dimensional system.
The nature of our experience
Life as we know it isn’t one simple physical dimension. It is an intricate multi-dimensional complex that weaves different levels of density, essential for the experience to be complete. When we only consider the physical dimension, we access barely 25% of our being and we leave 75% of who we are unexplored.
To develop a Holistic Mindset is to give ourselves a chance to access more of who we are and therefore design our life with a greater amount of data which provides us with a sense of purpose, meaningfulness and fulfillment.
