Days are filled with choices and decisions that reveal who we are. We used to listen to the wisdom within to make these decisions but, somehow, we got “lost in action” mode and out of touch with ourselves and we began to listen to our emotions to dictate our choices.
Every feeling of emptiness, lack of, void and separation MUST be filled with something and instead of bringing into our lives what we need to nurture it (on all levels), we bring into it what we need to survive emotionally.
Fast food, sugary stuff, material things, projection-thoughts are parts of the quick-fix emotional releases to which your mind will default as a temporary survival response.
Your body has an inner-wisdom worth listening. This wisdom helps you maintain your health and well-being by making the smart choice, in the moment, in terms of food and activities.
Imagine a health authority who always has your back, always supports your sense of harmony and always aligns your “now” choice with your immediate need.
Stop imagining it… Experience it!
Keep calm and listen to your body! What do you hear? What do you feel? What do you sense? What is it suggesting now to experience harmony, joy, peace?
Set aside the inessential needs. Learn to discern between the noise and the voice. The voice grounds you, expands you and nurtures you. The noise limits you, depletes you and traps you into cyclic sabotaging patterns and continuous negative self-talks.
Take a moment. Take a breath. Give yourself permission to reconnect with the wisdom your body holds and learn to listen to your body. Practice is required and few challenges will paved the path yet, harmony will show the way.
