The beauty of mindfulness experienced through living in the present moment has lost its way to the benefit of an accelerated way of life that supports learning life through books, understanding life through someone else’s truth and trusting another over our own inner-voice. The collective consciousness has transformed the concept of mindfulness into mind-full-ness and we observe people with more knowledge and a lesser sense of wisdom, more information and a lesser sense of connection.
We multi-task all the times. We think when we do. We do when we think. We do one thing and think about something else. We do something but feel we should not, etc..
Our lives have become a complete inconsistency with a low-level of integrity between our emotions, our thoughts, our actions and our truth. We have lost our way of living and we are only experiencing ways of doing emptied from presence, connection and completion.
Mindfulness is a beautiful tool for consciousness. It is the space where the entire being (intellect, intelligence and physical experience) becomes the most potent for consciousness to know itself because all dimensions merge as one system through which life is expressed and recorded.
It is a place where emotions, thoughts and presence become one and through which the creative subtlety of life meets its dense counterpart. Consequently, consciousness knows itself best when life is experienced with a mindful approach.
Your breath is the most adequate, most present and most ultimate tool to mindfulness. Everything you wish to find about your life exists, right here, right now, within your breath.
You must be willing to make space for your mind to consciously connect with it and then you must be willing to follow its lead. Your breath is a flow between what you are and what you experience. The nature and behavior of your very own flow are two powerful tools to help you grow your sense of self, free your mind from unwanted stress and help you reconnect with your essential joy and your innate truth.
The adventure called life cannot be found in a book written by another. Life is magic and we are the magician whose gift is to reveal this life through our own perceptive way. What is learned solely through the intellect has no power to reveal the uniqueness of life. It is more of a surrogate experience voided of uniqueness than a powerful extraordinary one filled with one’s gift.
Be willing to walk the adventure according to you. Be willing to slow down and reveal life because you are here and now with yourself not there and yesterday or tomorrow with another.
